Sanitary Pressure Transmitter/Transducer For Hygiene Industry

Sanitary Pressure Transmitters/Transducers are made of 316L material. No sanitary dead space between the wetted part and the diaphragm. Suitable for Hygiene industries such as medicine and food.

  1. Clean flat isolation diaphragm, in line with international (FDA) 3A health standards;

Sanitary Pressure Transmitter Description

Sanitary Pressure Transmitters are products specially designed for measuring viscous media with hygienic requirements in food, medical and other industries. It is also particularly suitable for pressure measurement in high-temperature, high-viscosity, crystalline media and situations prone to clogging.

The sensor component of this product has no pressure hole or cavity structure, which can prevent the viscous medium from scaling or clogging the sensor surface. It adopts laser welding process and has no sanitary dead corners.

Application of Sanitary pressure transducer in medical industry

Application background

Pressure transmitters are used in pure steam generators. The raw water is transported to the tube side of the decontamination column and heat exchanger through a feed pump. After industrial steam or heated water enters the heat exchanger, the raw water is heated to the evaporation temperature. And a strong thermal circulation is formed inside the two pillars.

Pure steam will be generated in the evaporator, and a pneumatic regulator is used to adjust the opening of the steam inlet valve so that the pressure of pure steam can be maintained at the pressure value set by the user.
