PT131 Melt Pressure and Temperature Transducer Description

PT131 high-precision pressure sensor for sex tubes, which is equipped with a temperature sensor. Pressure and temperature can be measured at the same point. It is used in the field of pressure measurement and control of high-temperature melts, fluids, and gases under normal conditions.

This product uses special materials and alloy elastic diaphragms. The temperature drift is reduced and the measurement accuracy is improved. The zero point and full scale are adjustable, and the amplified signal is directly input to the PLC. Internal 80% verification.

It has the advantages of high accuracy, good stability, large output signal, good dynamics, and strong versatility. Widely used in petrochemical, chemical fiber spinning machinery, non-woven fabrics, non-woven fabrics, plastics, rubber, extrusion equipment and other industries.

What is a melt pressure transducer?

The high-temperature melt pressure transducer is an electronic device that can convert physical quantities (pressure) into electrical signals (current, voltage or opening, IO-LINK, HART). The melt pressure transmitter is a pressure/temperature sensing and sensing element that can detect pressures up to 538°C in high temperature environments.
