Insertion Thermal Mass Flow Meter for Large Pipes

Insertion Thermal Mass Flow Meter is suitable for flow measurement of large diameter gas pipelines. Easy to install and economical to use. Pipe range: diameter above DN65.

Insertion Thermal Mass Flow Meter Installation

How do you install a thermal mass flow meter?

1. Please confirm the actual inner diameter and wall thickness of the pipe before installing the insertion thermal gas mass flow meter.
2. First, open a 20~22mm hole in the pipe and weld the base to the opening. Then install the rest of the thermal gas mass flow meter into the special ball valve. Calculate the insertion depth based on the actual pipe inner diameter and wall thickness. . This step allows you to insert a rough size and tighten the nut by hand.
3. Turn the sensor connecting rod so that the marked arrow is in the same direction as the medium flow.
4. Calculate the corresponding scale on the sensor connecting rod based on the data measured on site and tighten the nut.
5. If you install it horizontally, the display screen of this instrument can be flexibly installed at 90°, 180°, and 270° to meet your actual needs on site.
