Cryogenic Turbine Flow Meter Description

Cryogenic turbine flow meter is an upgrade and development based on the conventional liquid turbine flow meter. Dedicated to flow measurement of cryogenic fluids. The use of cryogenic fluids and liquefied gases such as liquefied natural gas (LNG) has grown significantly. Cryogenic turbine flow meter is an innovative solution for monitoring, metering and measuring cryogenic fluids.

Cryogenic turbine flow meter can measure low-temperature fluids such as LNG, liquid nitrogen, liquid oxygen, liquefied ethylene, liquid hydrogen, etc.

Sino-Inst has many years of experience in cryogenic fluid measurement and control. We have mature technologies in low-temperature medium pressure measurement, temperature measurement, and liquid level measurement.

Application: Measurement of cryogenic liquid turbine flowmeter in Cold Chain Transportation

The medium in cold chain transportation can be measured with a cryogenic liquid turbine flowmeter.

The cryogenic liquid turbine flow meter is a precision instrument that can accurately measure the flow rate of liquid in a pipeline. Due to the high accuracy, high reliability and ease of use of the cryogenic liquid turbine flowmeter, the cryogenic liquid turbine flowmeter can also help logistics companies save costs, improve efficiency and reduce waste. Therefore, cryogenic liquid turbine flowmeters are widely used in cold chain transportation.

Cryogenic liquid turbine flow meters are suitable for measuring liquid gases, usually in low-temperature environments, and can even be used in environments of minus 200 degrees, such as during the transportation of food, medicine, and chemicals. Its main principle is to detect the speed and amount of fluid by rotating a turbine. As the liquid passes through the pipe, the rotating turbine is acted upon by the liquid, producing a pulse signal. These signals are captured by sensors and flow data is calculated.

With the continuous development of science and technology, cryogenic liquid turbine flowmeters will surely be more widely used in the future and make a huge contribution to the development of the logistics industry.

More Detail

What flowmeter is used for cryogenic?

The applicable measurement temperature limit for most flow meters is around -40°C. When the temperature is lower, we need to choose some flow meters specifically suitable for low temperature measurement.

Our Sino-Inst cryogenic flowmeter types include: gear flowmeter, Coriolis mass flowmeter, and cryogenic turbine flowmeter.

What is a chilled water flow meter?

Chilled water flow meter is capable of measuring the flow rate of low-temperature water. Common chilled water flow meters include electromagnetic flow meter, turbine flow meter and ultrasonic flow meter.

Chilled water flow meters can be used on condensing systems, chillers or HVAC. In chilled water systems, monitoring of flow and energy is necessary. Sino-Inst manufactures and supplies a range of Chilled water flow meters, as well as heat meters.
