Tri-Clamp Connection Sanitary Turbine Flow Meter Description

The casing of the sanitary turbine flowmeter is made of stainless steel (316L), and the sensor is made of carbide, which has good anti-corrosion and anti-rust capabilities. Not only improves accuracy, but also improves wear resistance.

What is a sanitary flow meter?

Which flowmeter is suitable for sewage flow measurement?

1. Electromagnetic flow meter for measuring sewage

The best choice is of course a smart electromagnetic flowmeter. This flow meter is most widely used in sewage treatment and has its unique advantages.

Whether it is facing corrosive media in industrial production or domestic sewage in life, it can easily cope with it.

Its sensor adopts a straight-through design to allow better flow of media. Depending on the medium, electromagnetic flowmeters with different linings and electrodes can be selected.

2. Ultrasonic flow meter for sewage measurement

In addition to electromagnetic flowmeters, ultrasonic flowmeters are also a good choice. It comes in two types: clip-on type and plug-in type.

The external clamp type can be directly attached to the outside of the pipe. The advantage is that it does not require direct contact with the medium. The plug-in type needs to be inserted into the pipe.
