Dual/Multi Channel Ultrasonic Flow Meter – More Stable

Multi Channel Ultrasonic Flow Meter are more stable than ordinary mono channels. Can detect most single-phase liquids. Less than 5% particles or bubbles. Can be customized to be two-channel, three-channel, or four-channel.

1. The flow measurement adopts time difference correlation method technology and multi-acoustic path sensor technology to ensure measurement accuracy and stability;
2. Using high-speed ARM processor, the response speed reaches 0.1 seconds;
3. Advanced digital signal processing technology, the measurement is not interfered by impurities such as iron filings and welding slag;
4. Can be connected to different sensors to solve on-site multi-bubble application problems;
5. Temperature sensors can also be connected to measure heat (cold) quantity.

Dual/Multi Channel Ultrasonic Flow Meter is an ultrasonic flow/heat measurement product using advanced technology, which can achieve measurement accuracy in each channel.

Multi-channel products can use multiple channels to work simultaneously, which largely overcomes the impact of turbulence randomness on measurements. The adaptability and measurement accuracy of measurements under different working conditions have been greatly improved.

This ultrasonic flow meter uses a high-speed ARM core processor with a response speed of less than 0.1 seconds. It can be used as a measurement standard for quantitative control. Especially suitable for flow measurement of high viscosity oils, chemical products and ultrapure water. It can also be connected to two temperature sensors and used as a cold (heat) meter.

Dual/Multi Channel Ultrasonic Flow Meter working principle

Dual/Multi Channel Ultrasonic Flow Meter adopts the time difference working principle. Measures the flow rate and flow rate of fluids by sending and receiving ultrasonic signals.

The ultrasonic signal emitted by the sensor propagates in the fluid and is reflected back at locations with different speeds in the fluid. These reflected signals are received by the sensor and converted into electrical signals.
