Application background
Pressure transmitters are used in pure steam generators. The raw water is transported to the tube side of the decontamination column and heat exchanger through a feed pump. After industrial steam or heated water enters the heat exchanger, the raw water is heated to the evaporation temperature. And a strong thermal circulation is formed inside the two pillars.
Pure steam will be generated in the evaporator, and a pneumatic regulator is used to adjust the opening of the steam inlet valve so that the pressure of pure steam can be maintained at the pressure value set by the user.
Customer’s request
The transmitter for measuring steam pressure requires high temperature resistance of 150 degrees, high overload capability, and sanitary products. The measuring range is generally 3mH2O, 5mH2O, and the standard 4~20mA signal output.
